When Business Navigators was launched fourteen years ago we followed the lead of our client and their employees. We didn't come into a business and "tell them what to do." We facilitated their ideas.

Our intention was to be objective and nonjudgmental.

But, things have changed. We have come to believe that some direction and content is required to help companies become better than they were.

We remain process consultants but now we have taken some terrific ideas and incorporated them into our processes.

FISH focuses on four powerful concepts: Play, Make Their Day, Be There and Choose Your Attitude.

FISH STICKS echo's our philosophy of implementation. First you must Commit to your company's vision. Then, you Be It which is to live the vision. Finally, Coach It focuses on the reality that all members of the team have to give each other permission to be coached when they get off track and also to accept the obligation to coach others.
